Sophia Whyte-Givans is a Public Financial Management Advisor at the IMF’s Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC). Prior to joining the Fund, Sophia was a World Bank Short Term consultant for almost nine years. She has also worked with the Inter-American Development Bank and for the Government of Jamaica.
